Our third party payment gateway (DPS Payment Express) does not store your credit card data in any way. If conducting business with you via telephone or email we will need to write down your credit card details but once your payment has been processed, your details are shredding and disposed of. Each team member at The Scottish Shop has been carefully instructed in the use of credit card information and our disposal policies.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

If a product offered by The Scottish Shop itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and we will process your refund as soon as possible.

DISPUTES

The Scottish Shop wishes to settle any problems peacefully and quickly to the benefit of both parties. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to The Scottish Shop or to products you purchase through The Scottish Shop shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Zealand, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate The Scottish Shop's intellectual property rights. The Scottish Shop may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in a court of New Zealand and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators' award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgement in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
