All purchases from The Scottish Shop are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
The Scottish Shop take the utmost care to provide only the highest quality products, which will be packaged and delivered to the recipient's door by an appropriate courier service or New Zealand post. If you are unhappy with the quality of the products ordered you should contact The Scottish Shop to arrange return of the goods.

DAMAGE
It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to us. It is essential that you contact us within the 24 hours, so that we can claim compensation from the courier company on your behalf.
